Jane Farnworth hs been in pastoral ministry and chaplaincy for 15 years, serving in Pueblo, Colorado. 

Jane developed and led a caring ministry in her home church, Fellowship of the Rockies, for 10 years, training lay people to walk alongside the hurting in their community. Jane has been working as a Hospice Chaplain for Sangre de Cristo Community Care for the past 8 years, providing compassionate care to patients and families in their homes, nursing homes and the Inpatient Care Unit.

Jane and her husband Dane have 2 grown children.
